Sales Property Analysis

We take our commitment to represent your best interests in the sale of your property very seriously.  We begin by assigning a team of professionals to your project.  We continue by preparing a detailed and exhaustive SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) analysis of your property.  This analysis will include not only a complete description of your property, information about competing properties and comparable market data, but also current market conditions including such things as economic growth indicators, vacancy rates, current and projected governmental restrictions, conditions and projects, etc. 


 

 

Sales Strategy

We develop a strategy for selling your property by first identifying the ideal buyer and developing a plan for exposing your property to this type of buyer as effectively and efficiently as possible.  We define our marketing and advertising vehicles/media.  In most cases, this will include all commercially available resources including most, if not all, Internet Multiple Listing Sites, traditional print media, direct mail, printed brochures and telephone lists.

Finally, we will design an implementation plan that includes developing a marketing calendar that sets forth goals and target dates for each goal. We will propose a marketing budget that clearly defines our own investment in marketing your property and any items where owner participation will be required, if any.  We will also develop a reporting plan and schedule to keep you fully informed about our marketing activities and resulting responses.
