Environmentally Challenged/Contaminated/Brown Field Properties

We work with owners of “environmentally challenged”, contaminated, or “Brown Field” properties and together with environmental professionals we assess best course of action with respect to development or sale of such properties.  If you select development as the best course, we conduct all the necessary market analysis and determining the “highest and best use” for the project.  We can assist you in implementation of the environment clean up and new/redevelopment process from working with the City redevelopment, community development, & planning departments, environmental remediation contractors, architects, and prospective anchor tenants, to leasing and investment sale (if desired).
